URGENT HIRING: FINANCE OFFICER


We are urgently looking for a Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the companys financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reportingespecially within a recruitment or manpower agency setting.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheets,
  • income statements, and financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor company cash flow, fund availability, and budget utilization


Payroll Administration

  • Process monthly payroll for local and overseas workers.
  • Ensure correct computation of salaries,deductions, benefits, and government contributions.
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for worker deployment-related payroll adjustments.


Billing & Collections

  • Prepare and issue billing invoices to clients.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely settlement of invoices needed for OEC, insurance, and deployment expenses.


Disbursements & Expense Monitoring

  • Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure all disbursements follow internal policies and financial controls.
  • Maintain accurate and organized supporting documents.


Coordination & Administration

  • Work closely with recruitment, deployment, and HR teams to ensure timely financial processing for workers.
  • Coordinate with banks, insurance companies, and external partners when needed.
  • Support management by providing financial insights and recommendations


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Officer / Accountant / Bookkeeper, preferably in a recruitment or manpower agency.
  • Strong knowledge of balance sheet preparation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail,accuracy, and organizational skills.Ability
  • to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
