Executive Assistant, Makati

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Managing Director including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to expats such as GA, Finance, and other related tasks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executives to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Support company activities, events, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office
• Management, or a related field.
• At least 23 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
• Secretary, or similar administrative role, preferably to a C- Suite level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
