Sales and Marketing Officer (Account Support), Makati

We are looking for an Account Support Associate to join our Brokers Team, focusing on Non-Life/General Insurance. This position provides critical support to the Sales Manager in assisting clients, coordinating insurance requirements, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing of accounts.

• Work Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri 

What youll do: 

• Client Account Support. Assist the Sales Manager in handling client accounts, ensuring all requirements are addressed promptly and accurately. 
• Business Development Assistance. Support business development activities by coordinating client communications, preparing quotations, and assisting with product presentations. 
• Contract Processing. Process new business and renewals, including the preparation of proposals, policy documentation, and issuance requests. 
• Client Coordination. Coordinate with clients to facilitate renewals, endorsements, and other servicing needs. 
• Collections and Claims Assistance. Assist in collections and claims follow-ups, ensuring timely submission of complete documentation. 
• Records and Reporting. Maintain records and reports, including sales tracking and account monitoring. 
• Administrative Support. Provide administrative support to the Brokers Team in achieving operational and service objectives. 

What were looking for: 

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business course. 
• At least two (2) years of work experience in sales, sales admin, customer service and or claims processing. 
• Preferably with background in Non-Life/General Insurance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong customer service orientation. 
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
