Research and Product Development Assistant, Makati

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in Makati.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in researching, developing, and shaping new products from concept to market launch.
• Manage, track, and organize product prototypes with accurate documentation and timely updates.
• Monitor and support production to ensure specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product development, labeling, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical data, validate product details, and prepare documentation and marketing collateral.
