Site Project Manager, Makati

Advance Beyond International Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives
3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
4. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
5. Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards
6. Provide regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders
7. Manage the project budget and monitor expenses to maintain cost control

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Project Manager in the construction industry
2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate complex construction projects
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
4. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
5. Proficient in contract administration, budget management, and project reporting
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
7. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
