We are seeking a professional and highly presentable Receptionist with a pleasant personality to serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all guests while maintaining control and organization within the reception area. This role requires experience in handling high-volume transactions and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with irate or difficult clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a courteous, professional manner Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in guests and office inquiries.
  • Handle reception duties involving high-volume transactions efficiently Receive, record, and properly log all incoming documents and mails, especially claims-related documents.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all received items Maintain order and professionalism within the reception area.
  • Handle client concerns, including upset or irate guests, with tact and professionalism.


  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
