The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The role includes handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with office tasks as needed. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact and represents the company with professionalism and courtesy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments as needed


Qualifications:


  • High school graduate or college level
  • With experience in receptionist or front desk roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
  • Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented


Basic Monthly Salary: 20,000

Monthly Allowance: 652.50
