Description

We are looking for a Service Desk Transformation Consultant who will lead modernization initiatives, drive automation, and deliver innovative service desk solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep IT Service Desk experience, strong consulting expertise, and exposure to AI-driven technologies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Desk
  • Strong background in service desk transformation and solutioning
  • Prior experience in consulting and automation (required)
  • Presales/solution experience (advantage)
  • Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, and AI frameworks (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate technical/AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Flexible work hours; hybrid setup depending on business needs


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead service desk transformation and automation initiatives
  • Develop and propose effective solutions for service desk improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present transformation strategies to stakeholders
  • Leverage AI/ML/NLP tools to enhance service desk performance and customer experience


Location: Eastwood, Libis Quezon City.
