Youll be the first point of contact, assisting with claims, benefits, billing, and general inquiries while ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate, and empathetic.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare and insurance.
  • Guide patients and providers through claims, benefits, and account details.
  • Verify and update patient or member information in the system.
  • Resolve billing or account-related issues clearly and efficiently.
  • Meet service quality and productivity goals.


QUALIFICATION :

  • College Graduate with or without experience
  • 2nd Year College Completers/Undergraduate with 6 months any work experience
