Job Title: Snow Architect (Hybrid)

Bravissimo Resourcing Inc. | Full-time | Makati City

Focus on supporting, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow's ITSM capabilities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven decision-making.

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management)
• Design, develop, and improve ITSM processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, request management).
• Configure and customize ServiceNow to align with business needs, including creating and modifying workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to service delivery.
• Interpret data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for service improvements.
• Work with various IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery goals and performance targets.
• Maintain documentation related to ITSM processes, performance metrics, and reporting procedures.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
