Associate Lawyer, Makati

1. Represent clients in court, hearings, and negotiations
2. Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements
3. Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice
4. Draft documents and manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
5. Maintain confidentiality and act in the best interest of clients at all times
6. Preferably, an accredited Notary Public

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree

Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)

Experience in litigation and/or corporate practice

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure

Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
