Sales Account Executive, Makati

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, specializing in clear braces (aligners). In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with dental professionals, orthodontists, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell our clear aligner solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dental industry, a passion for orthodontics, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with orthodontists, dentists, and other dental professionals to promote and sell clear braces (aligners) products.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to dental practices, showcasing the benefits and features of our clear aligner solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring that all client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions that help practices grow and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide product training and educational support to dental practices to ensure proper usage of the clear braces system and optimize patient results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, case studies, and other content to support sales efforts.
• Track sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
• Achieve sales quotas and targets set for clear aligner product lines on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay up to date with trends and expand your client base.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues regarding the clear braces products to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about competitor products and industry innovations to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
