Rehabilitation Specialist, Makati

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in Pilates instruction, class programming, and client progress monitoring preferred, but candidates without Pilates experience must be willing to be trained
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment, and adaptive equipment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical evaluations and design individualized rehabilitation and Pilates programs
• Teach Pilates exercises on mat and equipment, focusing on proper alignment and injury prevention
• Apply physical therapy modalities (heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, muscle release, traction)
• Monitor and update patient progress; provide home exercise programs
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate clients on posture, breathing, and exercises
• Lead fitness classes (private/group, online/on-site)
• Maintain equipment, manage scheduling, and assist with social media marketing and receptionist duties as needed
• Ensure patient privacy and safety within the facility
