Compliance Officer, Makati

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure that our organization operates in full compliance with government regulations and internal policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring legal and regulatory developments, coordinating with relevant government agencies, and ensuring timely submission of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, DTI, LGU, and others.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain government-mandated reports and documents.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance checks to identify and address potential risks.
• Develop and update compliance programs, manuals, and internal controls.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to management and staff.
• Support management during regulatory audits, inspections, or investigations.
• Keep abreast of new or updated laws, rules, and policies affecting business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 23 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine government regulations and compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
