Real Estate Agent, Makati

Location: Makati City, Philippines (This position is ideal for candidates currently based in the NCR or those planning to relocate to Manila.)

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent with a strong focus on office and corporate leasing.

Key Responsibility:

• You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing transactions, while developing long-term relationships with landlords, corporate tenants, and key decision-makers in the commercial real estate market.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Active real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in commercial leasing, ideally focused on office space.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent market knowledge and business acumen in commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Willing or intending to relocate to Manila to explore job opportunities, if not Manila-based.
