Job Summary:

We are looking for a Documentation Staff to manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records. The role ensures that all filesdigital and physicalare accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored for easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, file, and organize company documents (contracts, permits, reports, etc.)
  • Encode, scan, and update digital records and filing systems
  • Ensure proper documentation flow and version control
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and compliance documents
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather required documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
  • Preferably with experience in documentation, records management, or administrative work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly
