Job Summary:
We are looking for a Documentation Staff to manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records. The role ensures that all filesdigital and physicalare accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored for easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare, file, and organize company documents (contracts, permits, reports, etc.)
- Encode, scan, and update digital records and filing systems
- Ensure proper documentation flow and version control
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and compliance documents
- Coordinate with other departments to gather required documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
- Preferably with experience in documentation, records management, or administrative work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
