Sales Director, Makati

The Sales Director of USHER Technologies Inc. will lead the companys business development and sales strategy for its earthquake and structural health monitoring solutions, including the USHER System, USHERETTE sensors, and related IoT technologies. This role involves building strategic partnerships with government agencies, private developers, and engineering firms; overseeing proposal development, contract negotiations, and account management; and driving revenue growth through innovative sales approaches aligned with national resilience and infrastructure initiatives. The Sales Director will manage and mentor the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with technical, R&D, and operations units to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and strengthen USHERs leadership in disaster resilience technology.

The Sales Director must have a bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 710 years of proven experience in technology, engineering, or B2B sales, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or government sectors. Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, project bidding, and technical solution selling is essential. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and close high-value contracts. A solid understanding of IoT, structural health monitoring, or disaster resilience technologies is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is results-driven, dynamic, and capable of leading a motivated sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets while upholding USHERs mission of promoting safer and smarter infrastructure across the country.
