Retail and Design Consultant (Sales), Makati

Stile Italia Inc.', a leading furniture retailer, is seeking a Retail and Design Consultant (Sales) to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the design process, and driving sales of our premium Italian furniture collection.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences
2. Provide expert advice and guidance on furniture selection, layout, and styling
3. Collaborate with the design team to create custom furniture solutions for clients
4. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions
5. Process sales transactions and ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range and industry trends
7. Contribute to the overall sales and revenue targets of the store

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry
2. Strong understanding of interior design principles and a passion for creating beautiful living spaces
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
5. Proficiency in using design software and visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
