The Production Assistant Supervisor supports the daily operations of the production department by overseeing workflow, coordinating with production staff, and ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. This position assists the Production Supervisor in managing schedules, monitoring productivity, and maintaining quality control throughout all stages of production.

• Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of targets.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Support the implementation of production schedules, ensuring that materials, manpower, and machines are properly allocated.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
