Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in an Accounting Manager role, with a strong track record of overseeing end-to-end accounting operations.
• Solid background in managing multiple companies or operating within a shared services environment.
• Proven leadership capability in supervising and developing accounting teams while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work ONSITE.

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations in the construction industry.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
