The Branch Head is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring inventory, overseeing cash handling, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Branch Head also leads marketing efforts, supports events, and promotes the brand within the local community.

• Oversee smooth daily operations of the store and restaurant.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, and reporting.
• Ensure product displays and branch cleanliness meet company standards.
• Monitor sales, interpret reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing for local promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Train and motivate employees to maintain operational excellence.

• Graduate of HRM or Business-related course.
• With 12 years of experience as a Branch Head (preferably in the restaurant or retail industry).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Commercially aware with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Willing to be assigned to any Terrys branch.
