Assembly Manager, Makati

Description

Lead the development and setup of service center in different branches.
Define the standards for layout, tooling and workflow to ensure optimal assembly efficiency
Continuously evaluate performance metrics, establish SOPs, and implement process improvements that increase throughout and reduce waste.
Oversee the Assembly Supervisors and technical staff to ensure all activities are aligned with operational objectives.
Direct and standardize rehabilitation processes for old stocks, including inspection, diagnosis, repair and testing.
Consolidate reports from all service centers, summarizing operational efficiency, assembly progress and quality performance.
Work closely with different departments for synchronized job order execution

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of at least five (5) years experience for a supervisory role
Familiarity within machinery equipment, motor and pumps is a plus
