Position: Bookkeeper / General Accounting

Work Schedule: Weekends Off

Basic Salary: Php35,000 Basic pay

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 2 years of working experience in General Accounting
• With experience working in the same industry is an advantage
• Amenable to work on site
• Amenable to attend face to face interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Encourage year-end and month-end closings and make sure that all deadlines are fulfilled.
• Gathering and examining financial data
• Will be in charge of bookkeeping and documentation, including verifying reimbursements and liquidations.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Processes for accounts payable and receivable should be tracked and managed.
• helping to process payroll and file taxes.
• Keeping up with documentation and the filing system
• carrying out additional tasks as needed.
