Description
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
  • Prepare and process company registration documents and post-registration filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Coordinate and facilitate BIR applications such as Tax Identification Numbers (TIN), Certificates of Registration, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of regulatory filings and license statuses.
  • Ensure timely compliance with periodic reportorial requirements and other legal obligations.
  • Prepare, file, and monitor the processing of Transfer of Shares and related tax documentation with the BIR.
Administrative & Client Support
  • Provide administrative support for compliance-related client concerns and inquiries.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of corporate documents and filings.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory of office supplies to support departmental needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, or related administrative roles.
  • Required familiarity with SEC and BIR processes and requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management tools.
