Position: Sales Engineer (Luzon)

Salary Range: 20,000 22,000 per month

Requirements:
  • Bachelors/College Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of technical and/or engineering sales experience or equivalent.
  • With solid experience in GENSET selling and basic troubleshooting.
  • Willing to travel domestically.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Can start ASAP.
Summary:
  • Sell the companys products such as generators and related services to contractors, businesses, and government organizations.
  • Generate sales within Central Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  • Acquire technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the group or department.
  • Effectively communicate the content and purpose of each quotation to end users or clients.
  • Understand the status and timing of each proposal to identify potential deals and reasons for unsuccessful transactions.
  • Monitor the status of awarded projects through regular communication and updates with clients.
  • Prepare and comply with management-required reports.
Description:
  • Establish new accounts and handle existing ones, as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations to prospective customers.
  • Create proposals, close deals, and meet targeted sales objectives.
  • Visit customers to promote company products such as generator machines, tools, and other assigned items.
  • Conduct technical discussions and assess customer demands for generator machines and tools.
  • Monitor delivery and installation of products at customer sites.
  • Install company products, ensure functionality, and provide necessary user training and instructions.
  • Perform on-site repair of company products to ensure proper operation.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve customer issues to their satisfaction.
  • Conduct testing of company products and equipment as requested to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Report product-related issues to relevant company personnel for resolution.
  • Stay updated on product developments to provide up-to-date services to customers.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support such as product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical presentations, and consultations.
  • Attend company-required trainings and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
