Secretary, Makati

• Manage the calendars and schedules of senior executives, coordinating meetings and appointments
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining filing systems, preparing correspondence, and providing customer service support
• Perform research and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With a Bachelor's Degree in any related courses.
• Must be at least 5'3 in height
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar high-level administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior-level stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
• Proven problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Can work on-site at Makati City
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
