HR Officer/HR Generalist, Makati

Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare contribution list & remittances of all mandatory benefits for payment processing
Ensure that all benefits file in SSS, PHILHEALTH & HDMF are processed on time.
Payroll preparation and time keeping
Handle all HR reports requested by Regional and China HQ in the absence of HR Specialist
Create & improve policies and guidelines in the organization and government issued guidelines
Prepare memo and warning letter to deviating staff in line with companys handbook
Other HR related task that may be assign

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in a human resources role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll administration and compensation management.
