Chinese Translator, Makati

1. Translate company documents, contracts, and business communications between Chinese and English;
2. Assist in daily communication between foreign colleagues and the local team;
3. Provide translation support during meetings and prepare meeting minutes;
4. Coordinate internal and external administrative matters to ensure smooth communication across departments;
5. Assist in the follow-up and supervision of management tasks to ensure proper execution;
6. Ensure that all translations and communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or above, major in English, Translation, or related fields preferred;
2. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills;
3. Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or administrative coordination is a plus;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and capable of task coordination and supervision.
