• We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
• Responsibilities include answering calls, responding to emails or chats, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
