Barista, Makati

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. No prior experience is requiredwe provide complete training to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company standards
• Operate coffee-making equipment (after training)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining area
• Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately
• Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Willing to be trained, no prior barista experience required
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and a team player
• Willing to work in any assigned branch location
