We are urgently hiring a Liaison Officer to join our growing team!

• With 1-2 years of experience working in a recruitment agency in the Philippines
• Familiarity with DMW (formerly POEA) procedures is a strong advantage
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to handle fieldwork and documentation
• Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Preferably available to start immediately

• Coordinate communication between various departments to streamline logistics processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to enhance collaboration.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members about new systems, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools to optimize supply chain operations.
