Head of Finance, Makati

• Lead all finance functions: accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems to support multiple businesses.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide regular financial reporting and insights to the CEO and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with business heads to evaluate new projects, investments, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

• CPA or CFA preferred, with at least 810 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and corporate governance.
• Proven ability to manage shared services across multiple entities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• High integrity and ability to influence at executive level.
