HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Oversee daily HR operations to ensure efficient manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and staff performance management
• Manage end-to-end HR operational processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contract management, and act as the primary point of contact for client concerns related to manpower performance, billing accuracy, and operational issues
• Investigate, manage, and resolve employee relations cases such as disciplinary actions, grievances, incidents, and complaints in a fair and timely manner
• Coordinate closely with finance and accounting teams regarding billing, invoicing, payroll discrepancies, and manpower costing
• Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct regular audits of HR records, contracts, attendance, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Lead, mentor, and supervise HR operations staff to maintain high productivity and service standards
• Prepare HR operational reports including manpower status, attrition, compliance updates, and incident reports for management review
• Liaise with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG for compliance, inspections, and required submissions
• Handle crisis management and conflict resolution involving deployed staff, clients, and internal stakeholders

Reminders / Qualifications

• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in a local manpower agency
• Must have know-how to troubleshoot and handle major problem situations
