Medical Interpreter, Makati

• Handle clinic reception duties
• Respond to inquiries and appointment messages
• Manage insurance-related administrative procedures (Japan side and Philippines side)
• Assist patients and provide medical interpretation between doctors and patients
• Prepare and dispense medicines
• Handle billing and accounting duties
• Perform daily and monthly bookkeeping tasks
• Support other general administrative tasks necessary for clinic operations

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (any field; experience in customer service or people-oriented work is acceptable)
• Native-level or business-level Japanese proficiency
• Conversational to business-level English proficiency
• Strong service mindset with hospitality and customer-first orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed nurse, public health nurse, or medical administration certification holder

Ability to speak additional languages such as Tagalog, Chinese, or Korean
