Finance Executive, Makati

We are looking for an experienced Treasury / Finance Officer to oversee the management and reconciliation of funds across various bank accounts. This role involves tracking inbound and outbound transactions related to sales, expenses, and other non-operational financial activities, ensuring the integrity of our financial data, and supporting cash flow management.

• Manage daily cash flow, including monitoring and reconciling all incoming and outgoing funds across multiple bank accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Process and verify transactions related to sales, expenses, refunds, and other non-operational financial activities.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to resolve any transaction issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist in liquidity planning.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activities.
• Monitor and manage foreign currency transactions if applicable.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining treasury management systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in treasury, cash management, or finance roles, preferably within the technology or travel industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, reconciliation processes, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with travel technology companies or fintech solutions.
• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS).
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CTP are a plus.
