Description
  • Prospect and onboard at least 10 new corporate accounts per week (minimum 10 employees per account).
  • Daily outreach: AM corporate email campaigns; PM community visits (businesses in Poblacion, hotels, wellness partners).
  • Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into active memberships.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with corporate HR, hotels, fitness/wellness groups, and local businesses.
  • Conduct on-site activations, wellness demos, and collaborations to expand membership reach.


  • 35 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Preferably with a background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and thrives in hitting aggressive targets.
  • Can work Monday to Friday (field + office).


  • Base Salary: 30,000 40,000 (depending on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based commissions for new memberships and corporate accounts closed.
