The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role supervises internal accounting functions, coordinates with auditors, and ensures timely and accurate financial reporting.

Lead monthly financial reporting and reviews; prepare adjusting journal entries and cash monitoring reports.
Work closely with senior management team (CEO, CGO, COO) to provide timely reporting.
Review and validate financial statements and reports generated through Xero and third-party accounting support team.
Ensure compliance with BIR and SEC regulations; handle tax filings, books of accounts, and alphalist preparation.
Work collaboratively with HR to manage payroll processing, including 13th month pay and employee government contributions.
Monitor remittances and payouts; process refunds, reimbursements, and petty cash replenishments.
Recommend and execute operational and process improvements to automate these tasks.
Coordinate with banks for integrations and applications; maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Collaborate with tech and admin teams to automate reports and support business operations.
Handle annual audits; ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of auditor queries.
Recommend process improvements and ensure proper implementation of accounting policies and systems.
Perform other finance-related tasks as required.

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required
At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance; in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in SQL and Python.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR/SEC compliance, and government reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience working with Xero is a plus.
Familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and digital payment platforms (e.g., Xendit, PayMaya, PayMongo) and financial automation tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
