Associate Project Manager IT, Makati

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives. This role manages deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and provides status reports to leadership. The Associate Project Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures project compatibility across departments, and supports hiring activities to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; allocate resources to ensure effective project execution.
2. Timeline Management Develop and maintain project schedules, assign tasks, and track progress against deadlines.
3. Stakeholder Communication Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders, addressing issues, risks, and project milestones.
4. Budget Monitoring Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
5. Issue Resolution Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to align efforts and ensure successful project delivery.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Management Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 12 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or software engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Must have hands-on knowledge of: Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, and .Net.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and practices.
