Branch Manager, Makati

Description

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency.
Manage financial duties, including cash transactions, account payments, and reconciliations, according to company policy.
Supervise customer service, providing assistance and resolving concerns to foster long-term loyalty.
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, and collaborate with marketing on new projects and campaigns.
Manage staff by organizing schedules, providing training, appraising performance, and ensuring everyone follows procedures.
Handle all inventory and supply ordering while staying within budget.
Ensure the branch complies with all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Monitor and control operational costs, identifying ways to reduce waste and improve profitability.
Compile and submit various reports to management and different departments, including daily sales, weekly purchase orders, and inventory counts.

A graduate of a Hospitality and Restaurant Management (HRM) or business-related course.
At least three years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team.
Self-motivated, ambitious, commercially aware, and results-driven.
Possesses good organizational skills, resilience, energy, and the ability to learn quickly.
Willing to be assigned to any of Terry's branches.
