Line Cook, Makati

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for preparing food items, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

1. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.

2. Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.

3. Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.

4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils.

5. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

6. Communicate effectively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.

7. Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as prep work or cleaning.

8. Has a passion in cooking or has previous experience as a Line Cook.

9. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

10. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

11. Willingness to learn and take direction.
