  • Provides guidance and assistance to all tenants with their endorsed visitors and clients
  • Monitors and updates the inventory of visitor access cards on a regular basis
  • Provides assistance to the Admin Assistants if needed


  • At least 1 year experience as a receptionist for an office, building or property management set up
  • Graduate of any 4-year College Course; Fresh grad are welcome to apply as long as they satisfy the required work experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service acumen
  • Computer literate with excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as word, excel and power point
  • With pleasing personality
