The Travel Counselor plays a vital role in creating unforgettable travel experiences by managing complete arrangementsfrom booking flights, hotels, and tours to ensuring seamless service until the journey is complete.

• Provide outstanding customer care from inquiry to trip completion.
• Handle quotes, reservations, tickets, and add-ons promptly and accurately.
• Respond quickly to all client requests and maintain organized records.
• Apply correct service fees, prepare Sales Orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Revise itineraries and update rates as needed for client satisfaction.
• Ensure zero errors, timely responses, and exceptional service to make every trip a success.

• College Graduate of any four-year course.
• Preferably with experience in Travel Agency Industry. 
• At least 1-2 years working experience. 
• Capable of multitasking.
• Can communicate well in English and Tagalog.
• Can work under pressure.
• Willing to work beyond schedule.
• Must pass all GDS trainings (Galileo and Sabre) with a minimum grade of 90%.
