Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Take minutes of meetings and distribute them accurately
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
Perform data entry and maintain databases
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures, if needed

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
