*Collect, verify, and organize all required documents from applicants (e.g., passport, NBI clearance, medical results, training certificates).

*Ensure accuracy and completeness of employment contracts and verify their compliance with both local and foreign labor regulations.

*Maintain updated records of all applicants documentation and deployment status.

*Follow up with applicants for missing or expired documents.

* Monitor and ensure timely processing of documents to avoid deployment delays.

* Prepare reports and documentation summaries as required by management.

* Keep updated on changes in documentation requirements, government policies, and agency procedures.

*Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all applicant and client information.

*Education:

At least College Graduate

* Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a manpower or recruitment agency (preferred).

*Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment or documentation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

*Other Qualifications:

  • Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality
  • Willing to work extra hours if needed
  • Team player and can also work independently
