Guest Service

• Aim to provide outstanding service to guest, paying close attention to their individual needs and preferences.

Menu Knowledge

• Solid Understanding of the Menu, which means knowing all about the food and drink options, and how everything is prepared

Order Management

• Process Orders accurately and promptly, making sure the kitchen and bar are aware of any special requests
• Serve food and drinks with style and efficiency, ensuring everything arrives on time.

Guest Engagement

• Build a connection with Guest to elevate their experience, making sure they feel appreciated and welcomed.
• Address any guest complaints or special requests with care and professionalism.

Collaboration with Staff

• Team up with Bartenders and kitchen staff to guarantee smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with fellow waitstaff about what our guests need and any special requests they might have.

• Educational Qualifications: Not required
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Skills and Competencies: Customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving skills, drink knowledge, and a positive attitude.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often on your feet for long periods.
• Willing to work on a night shift, Weekends and holidays.
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
