POSITION: CORPORATE LAWYER

WORK SET-UP: ON-SITE (Mon.-Fri.)

WORK LOCATION: Makati City, Manila

SALARY: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other strategic transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage legal risks on behalf of the company.
• Ensure legal compliance across various jurisdictions and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
• Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and apply them to the companys operations.
• Assist in policy development and internal legal training sessions as needed.

• Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Masters degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5-8 years experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
