Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field.

Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in industrial automation for cable production or similar continuous manufacturing processes.

Hands-on experience with PLC platforms: Rockwell Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix), Siemens S7/TIA Portal.

Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition, etc.).

Familiarity with motor drives, tension controllers, and PID tuning.

Knowledge of extrusion line control, synchronization of line speeds, and quality monitoring systems.

Proficient in reading and developing electrical schematics and control panel layouts (AutoCAD, EPLAN).

Familiarity with industrial network configuration, Ethernet switches, and remote I/O systems.
