Administrative Specialist/Assistant, Makati

Description

Perform standard administrative task such as answering calls, responding queries in email.
Responsible for organizing employee engagement such as team building events, company outings and training session.
Act as point person of document management from receiving documents internally, routing to respective departments, safekeeping into storage, to transmitting externally.
Monitor and conduct routine inspections of all office equipment, including computers, printers and perform regular maintenance check to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Ensure all company vehicles is in good condition and maintain up-to-date record of registration of vehicles.
Handle inventory and processes requests for tools and equipment for projects purposes.
Develop and maintain cleaning and standards to ensure that the office and warehouse are kept clean and organize.

Bachelors Degree of any field
Preferably with 1 year experience
English communication and Technical Writing - Business Level
Email Business Correspondence
Knowledge and Familiarity in Cash Vouchers, Receipts, Transmittal, Order receipts.
Basic skill in Microsoft Excel (Formula and Computation)
Preferably with available (NBI , Police Clearance, Brgy Clearance)
Can Start Asap.
