Encoding of Hotel beds accounts and uploading them to the hotel Beds 9 BS Factura) to keep our account current.
Encoding of MG Holidays, scan and assistance in the preparation of SOA for billing.
Checking of Coca- Cola accounts, encoding uploading and email in their SAP Engine system and preparation of Service invoices and collection receipts.
Generating of all corporate account using the Protel System and excel spreadsheets from statement of account (SOA).
Assistance in checking the completeness of the City Ledger transactions under Protel System before giving to IA for Audit.
Assistance in filling documents (hard copies) before putting them in the boxes for storage purposes.
Assistance in preparing SOA of other corporate accounts.
Assistance in preparation of Cash Position Report whenever the General Cashier is on leave.
Coordinating with Income Auditor whenever there is discrepancy with the Tax Invoice and the City Ledger.
Assistance with Kim of Grand Land Investors Inc. during ROI semi- annual distribution with Unit Owners.

Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
With relevant work experience (experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles is an advantage).
