Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Plan routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to make necessary adjustments to travel plans.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of travel, including mileage and expenses.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
